By accessing this website or purchasing services from Why Uce, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Why Uce provides marketing, organizational, and digital support services. Services may vary depending on the package selected and beta availability. 

Why Uce LLC provides technical systems architecture, automation workflows (Google Workspace/HubSpot), and strategic consulting. The specific scope of work is defined by your selected Basic, Premium, or Pro plan. Any work requested outside of these tiers will require a separate operational audit and quote.

2. No Guarantees

Why Uce does not guarantee specific financial, traffic, or business results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Payments

• Stripe: All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled.
• Financing (Affirm/Afterpay): Clients using third-party financing for 3-Month Bundles are subject to the lender's terms. Why Uce LLC is not responsible for interest rates or credit decisions made by these lenders.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely responses, and necessary access to platforms required for service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom automation logic and strategic roadmaps developed by Why Uce LLC remain our property until the client's final payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these systems for their business operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Why Uce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the agreed service arrangement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
